WLI_U2_SG54HP_12_jpg.jpgIf you own a notebook computer and you are like me, you probably bring it with you different places from time to time. One thing I noticed is that there are a few places,  when I visit, I end up bringing and using my notebook  (usually friends or family’s houses).  Most of those places like that They usually will give me access to their WiFi to use while I’m there.

My notebook has WiFi built in but lets say you wanted to do that sort of thing but your notebook didn’t have WiFi built in, or lets say the built in WiFi adapter in your notebook just plainly doesn’t work well. Well the Buffalo Wireless Adapter may be something that you could find useful. As you can tell in the picture, the adapter connects to your PC via USB and then sticks to the lid via suction cups.

The cool thing about this adapter is that it increases the range at which you can pick up your wireless router by a claimed 210%. One thing you would have to make sure you don’t do with this device, is mistakingly use a neighbors WiFi to access the internet……yea don’t do that…..that isn’t what you would get this for is it? Because with the increase in signal, you’ll probably be able to see more of your neighbors access points than you normally would, yea that neighbor all the way at the end of the block that always has an open WiFi access will now show up.

The bad thing about this product is that it isn’t for sale yet in the US. but over in the UK is sells for about 30 euros (which equals out to about $40 bucks here in the states).
