The Ride Signature SeriesI’ll be honest, its been about….I’m guessing….20 years since Ive ridden a bicycle. I don’t even know if I remember how to ride (which they say you never forget). But if it weren’t for the price, I would consider trying this bike out.

It looks pretty cool doesn’t it? Its called "The Ride" by Ellsworth. Not only does it have good looks, it employs some technological features that aren’t usually incorporated in your every day ten speed.

For one, instead of having to select different gears like on your average ten speed, "The Ride" has what they call the Nuvinci Smooth Cruise CVP (video explaining how it works). Pretty much the drive train can adjust the ratio of torque on the fly and continuously, within the drive train…so no gears. Also theres a belt instead of a chain.

The bike itself is made of very lightweight aluminum and carbon fiber and overall designed for comfort and speed.

The kicker here is that The Drive Signature series (pictured above) cost a whopping $3999.99. There is a cheaper model that will run you about $2999.99 (pictured below)
