Google signs music video deal

With all the reports (rumors?) about Google being in talks to buy YouTube, looks like Google has signed deals with Sony bmg and Warner music similiar to the deals YouTube has recently signed to distribute music videos. I wonder if this mean the talks with YouTube are over
